Walks By Ruby, Photos by Charlotte.
From the Monkey Rock car park on Lights Road it is a beautiful but steep trail which takes about 25 minutes to get up and about 15 to get back down.
But you will want to allow at least half an hour of relaxing time at the top to admire the views.
There is a gravel road that you can use to get up the hill on foot but it can be slippery so I would recommend the Bibbulmun track which is on the right hand side, it is a narrow track but much more scenic.
The track gets steeper as you reach the top and the last part is the hardest, but you will be very well rewarded at the top.
